Card Ownership & Verification

• The VIP Membership Card is issued to an individual and is non-transferable.

• Trombar reserves the right to verify the identity of the cardholder at any time.

• If the cardholder cannot verify ownership when requested, the membership may be suspended or permanently closed.

Usage

• The card must be presented at the time of billing to redeem any benefits or discounts.

• Membership benefits apply only to the registered cardholder and cannot be shared.

Validity

• The card is valid until the date mentioned on the back of the card.

• Renewal after the expiry date is subject to Trombar’s approval and updated terms.

Lost or Stolen Cards

• In case of a lost or stolen card, the member must notify Trombar immediately.

• Replacement cards may be issued at Trombar’s discretion and may include a service fee.

Benefits & Discounts

• The card entitles members to 10% off on drinks and 15% off on food, and free entrance to Trombar events.

• Offers and discounts may change without prior notice.

Misuse of Membership

• Misuse, falsification, or unauthorized use of the membership card may result in immediate termination of membership.

• Trombar reserves the right to take legal action for fraudulent activity.

Right to Amend or Cancel

• Trombar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the VIP Membership program at any time without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms

• By using this card, the member agrees to abide by all terms and conditions stated above.
